Steph Melnychuk
With over 15 years of Pilates experience and currently completing her Polestar Pilates certification, Steph approaches movement as a way to reconnect with the body and restore ease of movement.
Her teaching style is mindful and rehabilitative, shaped by her own recovery from spine and knee injuries. Through Pilates, she helps clients reduce pain, improve alignment, and develop greater awareness of how they move.
In addition to teaching Pilates, Steph offers well-being coaching at Eternity Pilates. Her work focuses on helping clients shift from constant doing to more intentional living, using awareness and alignment as tools for meaningful change.
For Steph, both Pilates and coaching share the same philosophy: how we move through life matters. By cultivating awareness, presence, and balance, she helps clients create a lifestyle that feels sustainable, grounded, and deeply human.
