To help maintain a calm and focused studio environment, we ask clients to follow the policies below.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduled bookings. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
Class Pass Validity
10-class passes are valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
Cell Phones
Please ensure all cell phones are turned off or set to silent during class to maintain a calm, distraction-free environment.
Scent-Free Studio
Eternity Pilates is a scent-free studio. We kindly ask clients to avoid wearing perfume or scented products out of consideration for others.
